Therefore, in the process of material filtration, the filter cloth with small mesh will make many solids pass through the filter cloth in a normal way, resulting in the fact that the liquid after filtration is not clear to the bottom.
2. Rupture of filter cloth
The filter cloth is woven by fibers, just like cloth, so the filter cloth has high softness and ductility. It is precisely because of this that the filter cloth will be easily damaged in the application process of high-efficiency filter, especially when there are hard objects on the filtered materials. When the filter cloth is punctured, it will pass through the filter cloth during operation, so the filtration will not play a great role.
3. The filter cloth is retracted between the filter plates
If you want the filter cloth to work normally in the application process, you need the independent space on both sides of the filter cloth, which requires the full cooperation of the filter plate to press the edge of the filter cloth at the edge of the filter plate. The filter cloth is often larger than the filter plate. Due to the expansion of the filter chamber caused by the high-efficiency filter, the filter cloth shrinks back to the filter chamber. In this way, the filter cloth does not play an important role and the natural filtration effect will not be very good.
